Day 11 of Pammy's Rads
Cut to the next scene....I am standing in the hallway, by the nurses station with my gown sorta gathered around me (didn't bother with ties, too much trouble). No one there. Along comes my Rad Oncologist (did I ever tell you how good looking he is?), takes one look at me, I smile, he smiles, and then says "why are you standing out here with a hospital gown on?". I answered, "because they told me to come see the nurse". He said, "do they know your here?" I said, "no, haven't seen anyone come by yet". He laughed and said, "follow me, this will be quick". I busted out laughing, he busted out laughing and explained he only wanted to check me over. I laughed harder. I just love him!!
Well, everything looking peachy keen. No problems. However, got home and Bam!! Felt like I was hit with a ton of bricks and had to lay down. Didn't expect that! Maybe just a fluke from too much Birthday. Hmmmm.....maybe the start of my sleeping Beauty part. Did I tell you I was going to be the Star of the show? Yep! I am!! -) Pammy

My son is doing great!! He has never had another oportunity to take me (hubby somewhat possesive of that role since he read the book!) but I hear he may be hanging out in the hospital cafeteria for lunch!! None of the girls have said any more, but I have noticed the waiting room gets a "once over" when ever I come in! Funny, the older you get, the more observant!! At least for me. My son did spend his afternoon planting in the garden for Mom!! What a sweetheart!! -) Pammy0 -
