Carolyn's liver biopsy results

Hello everyone,
My ocologist called late afternoon with the liver biopsy results. The lesion wasn't cancerous, but she still wants to schedule a PET scan for me. It will be in October after I return from a fall foliage cruise on October7. Have been looking forward to my first cruise since the beginning of the year before all the cancers occured. Thought I might not be able to go. The PET scan can only be scheduled on Tuesdays when the mobile unit comes to the hospital where I'm being treated. So hopefully it can be scheduled on Oct. 8th, the day after I return from the cruise.
I'll be flying from SF to Montreal and then cruising on the Royal Princess down the St. Lawrence to Halifax, St. John, Bar Harbor, Boston and then NY. Will concentrate on having a good time and not think about any more tests until I return.
Thank you for all your prayers and support. I'm positive all the good vibes were received and answered.
Hugs from Carolyn
