Hi everyone!

I'm not sure why I waited so long to come here....but well I'm here now and would love to talk to anyone who is in need of an ear to bend.
Allow me to tell you a little bit about myself.

I am a 41 year old wife and mother of 4. I was 37 when I was diagnosed. I had a MRM, chemo, radiation, chemo and stem cell transplant. I won't bore you with anymore right now. So if there is anyone out there in need...I'm here!

    Hi Audrey,

Welcome. You will love this site. I didn't find this site until I quit working and had gone through cancer twice, but what a blessing it has been to me. I read your cancer story and was moved. You have been through so much. Each of us has our own "fight", but I find that mine seems so small compared with so many others. You will be a help to many with your experience.

Again, welcome. Glad you are here now.

    God Bless,
    Kathy

    Hi Kathy!

Thanks so much for the warm welcome. I read your story also and am so glad that you are doing so well. And no yours isn't so small compared to so many others, we're all sisters that have a common bond. Breast Cancer, any woman who is told she has it goes through the same horror. Your as much of a trooper as anyone else!

    Blessings to you!

    Hi Audrey,
Welcome to this site.I didn't fine it until almost one year out of treatment, but it has been a blessing to me in so many ways. Everyone is wonderful and they really do care about you. You can share all your fears and how you really feel and they all understand. So again welcome and I am glad you also found this site.
    God Bless

    Hello Audrey,
I too was 36 when diagnosed and am now a 5 year survivor, who doesn't seem to survive very well sometimes. Like you I sort of cut myself off from other survivors because the reality could be too hard, so I thought. Instead I have found through the friendship of others like myself that I feel whole and complete, who would of thought. I also moved away from all my family and friends before my diagnosis so have found true friendships on this site, I hope you do too.
    Be good to yourself,
    Tara 24242
