Enlarged Testicle

Hello everybody, first time post.

I had a radical prostatectomy about 7 weeks ago and seem to be recovering well except for one thing. If I am on my feet for more than a couple of hours a day, my right testicle swells to double it's normal size and I have to sit down for a while. I talked to my surgeon about this and he prescribed me a pill to reduce swelling, but after a week it does not appear to be working . The swelling goes away after an hour or so of sitting, but I am very concerned. Have any of you had this issue?

Thanks for your help.
