Can anyone give me contact or any info on where in Ohio I can have an analysis to detect epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations in serum and plasma?

Hi,
I believe you would need to do this through your doctor, who can send a sample to an appropriate lab. Response Genetics is the only one that comes to mind, and I think they're based in California. Speak to your doctor about it - he (or she!) will need to fill out some kind of form detailing the type of cancer and what tissue samples he has available to send, basic history, etc.
Good luck!
