I found my laughter or it found me

For months I have been forcing myself to laugh, you know that make sure you laugh at the appropriate time kind of thing. This week something so silly happened in my life that I actually burst out in a real laugh. I guess I'm sharing this because it felt so good to know even though losing him still hurts so bad, there is still a part of me that is still living and healing..
