Singing for the Semis

I was asked to sing a solo at church this morning. I've sung the song before, "Make Me A Channel of Your Peace." It's based on writings of St. Francis of Assisi.
Anyway, I was nervous about it, but I found great comfort in thinking about all of y'all. The refrain says, "Oh, Master grant that I may never seek, so much to be consoled at to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love with all my soul." I thought about this group and all the comfort y'all have given me and each other, and I just felt calm. I was singing it for the semis.
Thanks, guys.
*hugs*

That`s wonderful, Gail. I`m so glad we`ve all been brought together and can get that kind of comfort and support from one another. Isn`t it amazing how most of us have never met face to face but we still feel that kind of bond? I believe it all happens for a reason and it was all meant to be. We all came here looking for answers but I also think there is something deeper involved and God knew what we needed. Continue to sing your heart out and be grateful for the relatiomships you`ve developed and every moment you have on this earth.

Thank you, Eric. I must tell you, it warms my heart every time I see a post from you, anyway, but now it's extra special seeing that robot. *smiles*

P.S. Just realized there was a typo in the original. It's "to be understood AS to understand." -
