Results from recent CTscan

On wed, June 25th, I had a CTscan. Today we found out the results. A little background -- orginally dx in 5/06 with rectal cancer. chemo/radiation, rectal resection, then folfox regimine. cancer came back in my lung and liver 7/07. started folfiri, had ablation of met on liver, lung surgery to remove met, then finished chemo 3 weeks ago.

My liver and lung look great! Weeeee, wahooo :) The only 'blip' is that there is a lymph node under the lung that is slightly large. It's within normal range, but they are going to keep on eye on it. My oncologist didn't seem concerned.

I have a colonoscopy next week, July 2nd. I'll keep you posted on that as well.

Until my next scan in 3 months, my husband, family, friends, and I are doing the NED naked dance!
