shrinking intestines??

Help? my intestines seem to be shrinking following rectal cancer radiation...is there anything I can do to help them expand?

    I'm not quite sure what you mean by "shrinking intestines". Why do you think they're shrinking?

    I had radiation for rectal cancer also, it was in Dec. 2005 and I'm not sure what you mean by intestines shrinking. I haven't had any problems since completing my 30 radiation treatments. Can you post more information about this and maybe someone has information that will be helpful to you. Audrey.
