I had a cat scan last week and it showed that the tumor that was remaining on my liver has shrunk from 8cm to 2cm!!! My surgeon wants to do RFA on it. I was planning on going way for 4 days to cancun mid sept, but it looks like I will have to postpone....

Anyway I just wanted to share my news!!

    Enjoy your great news. Too bad about Cancun, but you can start planning many more vacations for later!

    Yipeee!! Great to hear Christele. I had RFA in March... a CT Scan 6 weeks later showed that the "zone of ablation" totally obliterated the tumour. Mine was done in open surgery. 2cm is a nice size for RFA.

    Wow thats great!!
    I have a 13 cm on my liver, my scan isnt till 8/27, but the doctor doesnt think there is much
    shrinkage by feeling it..
    What chemos are you getting?
