Hi all. I write with a heavy heart today as my 3rd cousin is to be burried tomorrow afternoon after succumbing to "sun cancer in her blood"... that's how it was described to me. She was just under 40 with children. I was not very close to her; however, when I learned that she was sick, her mother (my dad's cousin and her caregiver) and I began to send frequent emails. While the situation has looked desparate for some time now, I just kept wishing for a miracle. I hate that we have all the technology in the world and yet people are still dying of cancer (and other diseases). Thanks for listening, Tricia |

Re: 3rd Cousin to be burried
Hi Tricia,
So sorry that this has happened. It is always sad when we hear somebody has been lost because of this beast. She was so young. I agree that it is amazing with all our technology we can't find a cure for diseases. HUGS and I will be thinking of you.

Dear Tricia,
I am very sorry for your loss. Please know that your cousin is in the better place now, free, with God. She is free from suffering and has a new life now.
It is a loss for everyone here but it is a relief from suffering for her. Try to think this way.
I don't know why she had to leave this world so early, I think that maybe God has another plan for her.
My prayers for your cousin, her family and your peace.
Please take care of yourself.
God Bless, Eleonora

There aren't words to express how I wish you peace and strength at this time. Just know we're thinking of you, just as you are thinking of her.

Tricia,
I am so sorry for your loss. What a terrible thing.
I was just 43 when I was diagnosed. The first thoughts I had were of my 3 young girls.
May God grant her family and friends peace and strength in this difficult time.

At least she is no longer in pain. If we spent half the amount we spend on killing people in various wars, Cancer would likely cease to exist.
