I would suggest you hit the folks over at the penile cancer or prostate cancer site and see what they have to say. I would offer just one thought, what will your husband's quality of life be like fighting this recurring cancer for the rest of hs days versus the obvious implications of the surgery. Duke is one of the best - if there is an alternative out there, they will probably know about it.
