    no, because I get a scan every 8 weeks. He seemed happy enough when telling me all good and stable. Thanks

    My wbc and neutrofil were decent, just in the range. Condisering they used to drop so low on folfox that I would have to skip, I think just in the range is okay. My red cell counts are always a little low. I forgot to ask my oncologist if I should be taking iron pills.

    My CEA went back up to 3.5. It had been steadily rising from 1.2, got up to 3.7, then 3.3, and now back up to 3.5. It does worry me. ANd I am glad he does it after the scan, or I would be freaked that some new tumor appeared. I happen to have allergies, and some of the radiologists have commented on the inflammation around my tumors, so I try to tell myself that is why it has risen. I did have a hot spot on my pet scan almosst two years ago that was 50 50 chance cancer cells in it, BUT, I am hoping the chemo worked on it if it was, because on all my scans since started treatment, it is marked as no swelling.

    Oh my goodness!!!!!! Maybe I am doing well! I did NOT ask, on his own, he has my nextscan 12 weeks after the last one!!!!! A few scans ago, I asked if we could possibly go to 12 weeks, and he unwilling compromised to 10 saying that there were things he was watching. And then he went back to 8. Now, maybe he is on vacation at the 8 week mark, so is why 12 week this time, or he saw how all the long wait times at msk are bringing me down,, but I am going to tell myself that it is because I am doing well!!!!!
