    NCCN Guidelines

Thanks for posting the link. I've found that there can be subtle changes in treatment protocols and recommendations from year to year, especially for the "high risk" uterine cancers. So it's always good to review the patient guideline periodically.

If someone is interested in delving into more detail, you can get a copy of the expanded guidance that NCCN provides to physicians at its site:

    https://www.nccn.org/store/login/login.aspx?ReturnURL=https://www.nccn.org/professionals/physician_gls/pdf/uterine.pdf

You need to register in order the download this document, but registration is free. I just checked and the current version is from September 2019.

    Thank you!

Thank you both!  Valuable information, and it's so important to be able to discuss our options in a knowledgeable way with our providers!
