This is not really relevent right now, as the best time to apply for this is in Jan. But I felt like sharing. Don't know if anyone has heard of Healthwell Foundation? They are a non-profit group that helps pay for some things that insurance doesn't pay enough of. Neulasta is one of those things, for chemo induced neutropenia, and if you are on Medicare. My Dr.s office bookeeper told me about it and luckily I applied just in time, they run out of money for the year very quickly, but I was in time to get 3 of my neulasta treatments covered. Their income guidelines are extremely high and I think pretty much anyone could qualify. There is a long list of other things they cover. Hope this might help someone.
