    Present and doing well

    I'm here and doing fine.  Cycling at about 70% steady effort for 90 minutes at this point.  Post-op follow up is Thursday and my big ask is clearance to ride at race intensity, but without sprinting for the finish.  Back to work Monday..  sigh...

     

    3 weeks out and except for a bit of fatigue during the day I feel like myself.

    I'm Here...

    ...and doing well!  Last scans in December were NED.  Work is keeping me very busy.  I try and check the site as frequently as possible. 

    Cruddy weather currently here in Syracuse, NY...not helping my desire to want to get back out there for a jog.  Next 5k is slated for May and I'm hoping to be ready. 

    Great to see so many familiar names/faces checking in.  Glad we're working to rebuild the page...it's so important.

    Still here and still dealing with GI side effects from Votrient. I suppose that's a small price to pay for being alive with no new growth or progression so far.

    Still here havent log in as much, sad to hear about Fox. Still dealing with ongoing pain. Doctor has me on annual scans. Not so sure about that since had surgery in 10/2017. But trying to keep busy with life.
