    grade and stage as you. Had chemo and brachytherapy. Will celebrate 6 years of NED next month.

    Yes

    my diagnosis was UPSC.  I did both because it's pretty much the standard. The brachytherapy takes care of a common site for  recurrences  and the chemo goes after any stray cells that have wandered. Most of us here with that diagnosis did both.
