NeuEve and other non hormonal vaginal lubes

Found this product NeuEve on Amazon, reviews too good to be true, "restores" vagina from atrophy, improves sex, etc. No chems or hormones, but some ingredients are undisclosed.  Wrote the company, they will not give details. Has anyone found a safe and effective lube for general discomfort, burning, pain, etc?  I use cocnut oil which is great, but I read its anti estrogenic, a good thing, but may be harming the vagina for that very reason. Whats a cancer survivor to do?  Replens is all chems, what do you ladies use?  Thanks,  Wendy
