Lets see.  3T MRI; biopsy; cancer diagnosed; 22 cores taken; a little blood in my urine after the procedure.  During some of the procedure, I did feel the needle taking the samples some of the time; to this day there is blood in my semen (not bright red), just looks like mud.  Next procedure, cystoscopy; inspect urethra with camera; check kegel flex on bladder; on entry, pretty much felt that all the way to the bladder; really bad burning afterwards during urination for about half a day; some blood in urine.  For now that is where I am at.  I go in tomorrow for my RP.
