Being paranoid

So I'm sure I am just being hypersensitive... I hope. I am having a dull deep pain in my right leg (thigh) and wonder if I should be concerned. I had a bone scan the day before my surgery (12/5/17) and it came back clear. Am I being paranoid? Could something spring up that fast?

    Check with the doctor

Doesn't sound like something new the day after your scan. but bring it to the doctors attention as it could be another concern.
