    and thank you for your greeting, it came moments after I had joined and was the first communication I had with anyone on the subject.   You were a breath of fresh air and positivity.   

    Hope you are doing some good physio working on stability and rectifying whatever it was that caused the fall.

    Same for me, You were the 1st to respond when I joined the club no one in there right mind wants to join (so it's been said). Its so true, your words help ICE down the nerves!!!
