Not grossed out. My advice is to make an appt with a dermatologist for a complete body check. When you get there, tell her first about these areas & that you're concerned about them. She should biopsy them & anything else "iffy". Then you can relax, knowing you've had them checked -- along with the rest of your body. Do NOT settle for an answer of "That's not cancer. I've seen that before, & there's no need for a biopsy." Insist!! When the biopsies come back negative, you'll know for certain there's nothing to worry about. (Some cancers are so rare & innocent-looking that they can fool MOST docs -- but not the pathologists!)

Wishing you good luck & good health!

    Balance your life

I had a friend when doctor diagnosed her as stomache cancer, her skin also looks horrible at that time. She don't have any problem now a few years after she go back to her homeland, doctors there didn't find she had cancer. Many disease caused by stress. Have a good life, relax, and don't worry too much, or you can get sick from hormone change.

    Get checked out

as others have said... you owe it to yourself to get checked out.  If nothing else you can rest easier.  Also, a biopsy is not usually painful if that is your concern. If there is something wrong, it is much better to catch it early.
