0.9 mm I'll- defined density in the superior segment of the left lower lobe medicine residual infiltrates or parenchyma like scarring

3 mm I'll defined density in the posterior medial aspect of the superior segment of the lower lobe may represent residual parencnymal scarring  as compared to 02/20/16 ..

Have you had a previous lung

Have you had a previous lung cancer diagnosis or a recent infection?   I would call your dr and ask for clarification. Have you seen the dr yet?  Were you allowed to pick up the results before seeing him?

the most important part of that report us where it says impressions.

I would get it removed with

I would get it removed with NO biopsy...Needle biopsies into the mass...it will leak IF it is cancerous & after results come back, you will get rushed to chemo.  They can remove them and treat it LIKE cancer during surgery then do the tests after removal... If Dr says to let it go for a while...DON'T.  Do not play the russian roulette game of What Ifs...For me..any foreign body that grows in me..I like to get it removed BEFORE it becomes something else.

A biopsy is the only way to confirm cancer

Nodules can appear for a variety of reasons and no they do not always mean cancer however they only way to confirm cancer is to do a biospy. If you have concerns, speak to your doctor about the risks. They are the medical professionals.
