Craig's wife has shared on FB that Craig was unable to get his chemo today due to low platelet counts.

It seems they are discussing removing his spleen to help get the counts up.

Please send prayers, good vibes and well wishes to our favorite Texan.

    I'm sorry...

    ...he has to go through an other operation again when he hasn't even recovered from the previous one.

    I'm just hoping he gets some break soon. That is what I pray for.

    for the update i agree another surgery will be hard on the body.if some of you dont know i faced this problem back in february i fought almost all of 2012 with various drugs to get my platelets up so i could continue fighting.in the end i had to get my spleen out.it took me a while to get over that surgery it takes alot out of you.hang in there buddy thinking of you always....Godbless...johnnybegood

    Thanks for the update but not one that we wanted to hear.  So sorry that he may face another surgery.  If so, I'm hoping that taking out the spleen works and then he can continue treatment and hopefully he recovers soon.

    Platelets Plummeted...

    From 123k.......to 59k.....in 1 trtmnt.  I told onc it would....know he will move for surgery....so gotta do it to have a shot.

    Much to say as soon as I can fix pc issues and sit down to try and post.  Sometimes you gotta be quiet for awhile so you have something good to talk about:)

    Wish we could have done it....neutrophils were really low too....so we'll add something there.

    Got some interesting topics to discuss going forward...
