Thank You!!

You guys are a pretty incredible group of folks I must say.  I think Big Billy said it awhile back for me, but I personally just wanted to say that I enjoy so many in this current crop of folks we have with us right now. 

And you pulled one over one me....:)   Not an easy thing to do:)

You were probably thinking what an oaf I was for not saying anything before now.....and that's because, I just didn't know about anything before this past weekend. 

Kim and I stopped going to the mailbox on a regular basis....we've got one of those "apartment" style situations in our neighborhood where the community lockbox is in the middle of the street instead of at your front door or at the front of your house by the street. 

Mail sits up there awhile as it did this time....a couple of weeks worth....the summer heat discourages us....but it's a symptom of how far our lives have fallen off the map and how we just can't seem to get anything right anymore as all falls down around us.

So, I'm sorry I'm just now getting back with you....I don't have pc access at home right now either, so I'm unable to contact you until we resolve that issue shortly. 

If the calendar hadn't said August...and the temps said over 105...I'd have thought it was Xmas time:)

I couldn't believe the number of cards that were in the mail!  Caught me completely off-guard....you guys must have been working behind the PM scenes to pull this one off:)

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy lives to pick out a nice card and also for the sentiment that you enclosed with it.  I enjoyed so much reading them all and seeing how your mind worked......what kind of card you picked....and what words you put along with it:)

You truly are some of my favorite people and I just wanted to publically acknowledge that fact and let you know how much this particular group means to me.

That was special what you did.....and it vividly brings back reminders of how this board used to be...and the things that we used to do for one another.

I'm so glad to see that spirit catching on with everyone here....that's the magic right there!
