Teal There's A Cure Walk/Run. July 4th
Hi loves,
a quick note to let you all know about the annual OVCA walk/run. There are so few of these as compared with ones held for breast cancer, etc. and this one happens to be in my home town! My whole Onc's office attends and takes part. I wish I could walk it, but just had chemo yesterday, so I'll cheer instead.

Hi Maria
I love your spirit. Cheering is just as important as walking or running and I wish I could be there too. That is so awesome that your oncologist's whole office participates. Thanks for letting us know, especially just one day after your chemo. By the way, speaking of the 4th: to my teal sisters in the United States, happy 4th of July!
Hugs,
Kelly

What is Canada Day?
Maria, I hope the chemo side-effects don't prevent you from enjoying the 4th of July.

Canada Day is the national day of Canada, a federal statutory holiday celebrating the anniversary of the July 1, 1867, enactment of Constitution Act, which united three colonies into a single country called Canada within the British Empire.
It's a long week-end. My kid bought a large box of assorted fireworks. Luckily we have house insurance.
