in Lung Cancer #1

Can someone tell me how after five days of in hospital intense chemo treatment the tumor enlarged. 

I just don't understand ...  I'm not coping well with the possibility of losing my husband..  Are there any answers out there ...

    The unfortunate fact of the matter ...

    ... as Dave said, is that sometimes it just doesn't work.

    Does he have adeno, and has he been tested for the known mutations (e.g. EGFR, ALK) to see whether he may be a candidate for some of the targeted drugs?
