Has anyone heard of Immune Augmentation Therapy Clinic in FReeport Bahamas? I've been trying to research some alternative clinics and have come across this one.  There was some controversy surrounding the clinic in the 80sregarding tainted blood, but it appears to have somewhat positive feedback from my Internet searches. It seems difficult to find information that is thorough and comprehensive about clinic types of clinics.

Thanks.

    I looked at it

But I found better clinics for immunotherapy, didn't have much faith in IAT either.

    Would you mind sharing you

Would you mind sharing youR experience and findings? The whole immune system theory makes sense to me. I have three rounds of chemo left and then hope to detox and improve my immune system To help ward off recurrance.

    Thx.

    I have more faith

in immunotherapy than anything else, first of all I have to because 'traditional' has failed, better some hope than none...

Our son is currently doing a semi-allogenic dendritic vaccine (my cells) with tumor lysate+ adjuvants and a whole list of supplements and off-label drugs and oncolytic virus to try and increase the efficacy. From what I have read and talk's with a Professor of immuniology treatments are more likley to succeed with minimal disease.

Unfortunatley we don't have minimal disease.

There have been plenty of studies to show that DC vaccines give long term remission in a select group of responders, some patients 15+years when they should be dead.

This treatment is still in it's infancy and needs more studies.

The only way to get it unfortunatley is on a trial or pay to a private clinic, our's cost $35,000.

China offers many immunotherapies, use Google to find them, our's is in Israel, Germany also is doing unusual treatments, none proven, but exiting.

The most interesting immunotherapy I have heard of involves human blood cord cells, clinics are treating autism and other diseases right now with this technique, cancer will follow soon.

Supplements you can use to help are AHCC, MGN-3 and PSK, all have studies behind them proving they work. They are all from Japan where immunotherapy is included with standard care.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks fr your reply. I ave
Thanks fr your reply. I ave been using ahcc and psk. I haven't heard of mgn-3. I will look into it. I have been working with a natriopath who specializes in cancer. I have also been taking a whole bunch of other stuff to support the body and immune system through chemo, including iscador. I am very interested in the dc vaccine. My oncologist didn't even want to talk about it. I was hoping to find somewhere somewhat close to home. I am in Ontario Canada. I will have to ask my natriopath the next time I see her. I hope things work out for your son. I would be interested in hearing about any further alternative treatments you may come across.
