    Pleural effusion

K, sorry to hear the latest development.  You may get some helpful advice here but if you just use "pleural effusion" as a search term on KIDNEY-ONC  you'll find 597 hits, stretching back over the last 15 years, so I'm sure you'll find some useful material there (or you could post a question and expect to get a number of highly-informed responses within, probably, a few hours).

If you have any problems, please do ask here or pmail me if you like.

Thanks for the info Tex. I willcheck it out. They have done a bkne scan since being here but we will not get the results till we see his oncologist this week in clinic. They did say it is in his collar bone because it fractured it. Has anyone had this here and if so what treatment options were used? Thanks  for all advice.
