My dad was taken off of Nexavar today after 4 and half years. His cancer is spreading. My dad doesn't want to talk about it ( which is understandable ) but it's hurting me. I don't know what to expect. Can somebody please tell me what happens next?

I am so sorry to hear that
I am so sorry to hear that his cancer is spreading. Generally speaking, when cancer spreads a liver transplant is not an option. Unless the doctors have told him something different, I suspect he will be given palliative care at this time. Hopefully, your dad will discuss this in more detail with you once he deals with the news, himself. Think positive-GOD has a plan and we don't know what that is.0
