CHECK YOUR MAGNESIUM LEVELS
Did some online research for a friend afflicted with excessive sweating (not merely menopausal, by the way) and found that one possibility is magnesium deficiency.
I'd have my blood tested for minerals (calc, magnesium, potassium, etc) and if low in magnesium, consider supplementing with magesium citrate.
IN the meantime, eat foods high in magnesium: dark greens, nuts, and so on.
Best,

Thanks Rosey! didn't think about a vitamin deficiency. I did find out I had an over-load of B-12, B-6, B-complex, Iron, and one of the thyroid factors is normal and one is too high, but am not loosing weight. Will get the magnesium checked along with the potassium. I have been having leg(calf) pain and have had a craving for bananas which I sort of like, but not like this! The iron level did surprise me since I have an inherited condition with the bone marrow and have always been anemic. Collard greens and almonds have become my new best friend!...but then I probably spoil it by having a piece of cornbread....what can I say, I'm Southern! Thanks again, Debrajo
