My sympathy to you and your family
Renee,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Yes, time does heal, but allow yourself time to grieve. You have been through hell and back with Carl during treatment of this awful disease. He is at Peace with Christ our Lord and I hope you can be too. Arms around you from Minnesota on this very sad day for all of you. Prayers to you my dear.

Condolences to You and Your Family
I watched my wife's mom draw her final breath too...it is heartwrenching to witness.
Just so very sorry, Renee for all that has happened to you. The time and emotions in the final days are extremely draining and exhausting...you gave all that you had to give - and so did Carl.
Hoping that the coming days will provide a closure and a healing for you.

Renee, I am so sorry for the loss of Carl, your life partner and children's father. It is hard but there is some peace in knowing he suffers no more. I am sending prayers, love and light to you in the coming months knowing this time will be difficult. Just know you are surrounded by care and love.

I am so sorry.
Renee, I was where you are in 2000 when my husband, Bill, lost his battle with cancer. I am so sorry, for you, for Carl, for your families. You did everything you possibly could to help Carl win this battle. You will need time to heal and grieve. You've been through so much. www.widownet.org was very helpful to me after Bill passed away. It's grief support for widows and widowers. The members there know exactly what you are going through and will go through in the months ahead. I wish you peace and healing.

Dear Renee
Thank you for letting us know about Carl's passing.
While the mind knows that the release from pain and suffering is a good thing, the heart only feels the loss.
I pray that in time you and the children will be able to remember the times you all shared with Carl with smiles instead of tears.
Please come back here to your cyber family when you need a boost or just want to talk. We love you.
Hugs and prayers for you, the children and all the family.

Sandy of everything that has come my way since this happened last night...FBook was even flooded after I made 2 phone calls one to my sister in law so she could go be with my inlaws and one to another dear friend and they got it out before I could even make another call.
