Claudia and everyone else thank you for the tips:) I'm curious about how the vege juice is going to taste. It doesn't sound too good but I want the benefits. I'm going to buy my juicer next payday hopefully.

My naturopath insisted I buy a Breville juicer. Easy to clean and I am using the pulp in stews and soups and in my health bread recipy.
It seems that we all use the basic juicing method, this is what my nateuropath told me to do twice a day
 1 granny smith apple,
 4 or 5 carrots
 3 stalks celery
 cinnamon, turmeric, ginger
 ad tbls of manuka honey
then I add each day something different
kale, it makes the taste bitter but is good for us
 Brussels sprouts
 red cabbage
 broccoli
beets with the leaves, indeed makes bm and urine red
 asperagus
 spinach
any dark vegetable is good for us.
Often I add two scoops of protein powder
i take twice a day 2 oz of Monavie juice yellow and green. Yellow for immunity and green for inflamation. Onc says blood has never been this good. i swear by it.
Made out of 19 different fruits and berry including a high dose of bluerries and acai berries.
 Good luck all.
