Tomorrow...
Hi Linn,
In 48 hours tomorrow will be yesterday and you will have decades of tomorrows to look forward to, you are going to be fine. The first week or two post-op will be a little rough as your body and it's systems recover, but that is a small price to pay in the long run. In time the memories from all of this will fade and life will return to "normal" again. My thoughts and prayers will be with you tomorrow.
Good luck and God speed,

Thanks to both of you for making this journey a bit easier. I hope to inspire the same way everyone on this site as when this is all behind me. I'll keep you posted. Best news I had yesterday is she said if all goes well I could probably go home in 24-48 hours yippee 24 would be awesome. But I know the drill you have to meet their criteria before they let you go.0 -

You are not going to feel like going home after 24 hours. So relax.
Best wishes,

Hey Linn, you're moving forward on this. Great news. Just be kind to yourself. Be patient with recovery and thankful good care is available. You'll get plenty of support and compassion from this group. Let us know how you're doing.icemantoo said:Linn,
