I was bad on my birthday

I have been doing a lot of walking (3.5 miles in 45 minutes every day) and trying to avoid fatty foods.
I recieved a $50 gift card to a local eatery and ate a 1600 calorie meal.
I hope a one time lapse doesn't hurt my body too much!!

    Everyone deserves an indulgence every now and then. I went on a cruise and had a whole week's worth of eating rich decadent foods. I did enjoy it, though, but I'm now back to working on eating healthier again.
    Hope you had a happy birthday! Every birthday we have is a conquest over the cancer. :)
