in Colorectal Cancer #1
She contracted food poisoning, went to urgent care, then to hospital.

She was very dehydrated, and now has a bit of a bowel infection that is causing great pain (she's on the good drugs for it..lol) and swelling and diarrhea.

She doesn't have her computer or anything, so I told her I would update you all...I told her we were all very worried, and she said to tell you all thanks. She will update as soon as she can....

    Thanks, Kathi, for letting us know. I was definitely wondering and worried.
    Sounds like she got it bad, but I was relieved to hear that the hospitalization wasn't cancer related. Obviously, it's affecting her colon, but sounds like she will soon be okay.

    I am happy that it is not a cancer issue, but still concerned because food poisoning is serious business too. I hope she gets the very best treatment possible, and makes a speedy recovery.
