    $?

I hope the pricing isn't on steroids, or methamphetamines.

Info i could find looks promising however isnt this what Zaltrap was supposed to be which wasnt any brtter than avastin with a cost so hogh that MSK wouldnt even use it. I hope i am wrong. We are desperate for new options.

In the almost six years i've been reading about CRC, the FDA

has approved only Zaltrap and Regorafenib. I've read of many others that failed or are still in clinical phases, from every part of the world. If you want, i'll toss out a bunch of stuff i've come across if anyone wants to do some further research.....(D4476 with an antimalarial, chlorquine; adding vemurafenib to BRAF-mutatant treatment;MEK162 plus FOLFOX being most recent)

a little more on FDA's approval

    http://ecancer.org/news/7245-fda-approves-ramucirumab-for-mketatastic-colorectal-cancer.php

Hopefully this will prove effecive to many who could use it

(TAS-102 still to be heard from in US)

prnewswire.com on 4/23 had an item about a CRC vaccine being worked on by DanDrit Biotech and Riyadh Pharma

And here's a link to trial for Xilonix
