Has anyone had ROMA (risk of ovarian malignancy algorithm) test prior to diagnosis?

Hello all

I have had an 8cm complex ovarian cyst for at least 11 months. It was found during an u/s to date my pregnancy but my OB assured me that due to my age (31) it was probably nothing and recommended we check it after delivery. I was scheduled to have it and the ovary removed but my ROMA came back high so now I have an appointment with the onoc. next wed.

ROMA uses the ca 125 and he4 values and is supposed to be pretty accurate (25% false positive rate). Have you had any experience with this test? If so was is accurate? I'm not finding much online as it is a pretty new test. My ca-125 was normal at 30.

Thanks in in advance for any info you can provide!
