Hi all

i am 28 y/o female who has undergone treatment for esthesioneuroblastoma. I have been a (quiet) member on here since last year during treatment. I wasn't really In the right head space for posting but reading everyone's posts helped me sooo much.

all the tips etc and just knowing so many others are going through similar things.

you are all amazing and strong, and I just wanted to say thanks :)

    sweet to meet

    Meegs,

Very nice to meet you, I am glad the H&N forum helped you (it helped me too)!

For me the #1 thing I learned was to drink lots of water and swallow often, #2 was and #3 was and so on and so on, there are so many things they started a Superthread (Sweetblood22).

Some of our best members are quiet and we don’t even know them.

    Good luck,

    Matt

    Thanks everyone :)

yeah it's fab for all the little things that the docs don't tell you.. I basically got all warned side effects and then some surprise ones haha but it's so good to come here and find others experiencing the same and that they are "normal"

hope you are all doing well

    YOU'RE WELCOME

    Hey Meegs,

I'm sorry that you are a beast battle warrior, but I am glad that you are on the board and finding it helpful.  I hope that you have parted ways with PEGGY by now, but if not I hope that you are making the best of it with blended foods, if okey dokeyed by you GI doc.  And also, if you still don't leave home without PEGGY, I do hope that you are carrying on with your going to restaurant and other out and about activities with family and friends anyway.  I hope and trust that you are doing alright in your challenging recovery journey, as your new normal evolves.  Keep It Mov'in Forward Meegs!
