Stopping by for hugs
I have not forgot you my friends. It has been a hard week with visitation and funeral then getting used to being alone so much. I miss David and find I want to talk to him quite a bit. The other thing I do is call us we. I haven't been alone for a while and I really don't like it. I found someone to love who could actually make me feel love in return. He was such a blessing to me and I wish we could have been together through our old age. Instead I am left behind trying to build a new life without I him.

I wish I was local I would give you a real one. I can't even say I understand where you are, I don't. I can offer a shoulder to cry on and an ear to listen.
I don't think you'll ever not miss David, just as time passes it will be less painfull. If you need to talk to him do it. Maybe late at nite in your dreams he will talk back! You need, when you feel its right, try to be Vivian again. You'll never be who you were before David, you'll be better, stronger, have known the greatest kind of love that some never gind in their lifetime, maybe you will someday find that again, I know it seems unimaginable but you don't know what God has in store for you yet. Just trust Him and know for sure, you WILL SEE DAVID AGAIN I promise!

I'm glad you're doing ok even though I know how much you miss David. It is hard as time goes by. I know when you're with someone for a long time it is hard to accept that you're alone again. Because you don't even know how to function without him. Because you were so used to it that everything you did was "together" and always there were "we".
But you're gonna be just fine, I know it!! I'm sending you big hugs! Maybe if you reach for some girlfriend to hang out with, or at least to go out for a long walk or somewhere to a trip... just to clear your mind a bit. I know when I was stressed in my life it helped me to go for long walks every day and to hang out with my dog. It felt a bit better.

I so wish I could give you a real hug. I guess for now this virtual hug will have to do.
I say you go ahead and talk to David anytime you feel the pull or need to do so. I firmly believe that when our minds drift to our loves ones who've passed it's because they are reaching out to us.
I can only imagine how you must be doing and I pray that you are getting comfort from the good memories and love you shared with David. I'm not sure if I ever told you this but when my mom passed away I was pretty young, 11. I was struggling as you can imagine and of course I had a bad case of the "why's". I had someone tell me that God picks the prettiest flowers first to make heaven beautiful for when the rest of us get there. It really helped me to feel better about the whole thing. I hope it will help you too.
Now try to do something for you! Don't make me come over there and force you to have a little fun you time ;-)

I thought about your ordeal alot since I read last week about David. Sorry I am not one with words at a time like this but hugs..........................I gots plenty of them. I even have a specialty hug I give the grandkids were I pick them up wrapping my arms around them as I tell them I am going to hug the poop out of them.

But not before sending you many,many hugs. I understand how you are feeling. You talk to David whenever you feel like it. I know he is listening. Life is so unfair sometimes, but being the strong woman I know you are, you will find your way.

You've come to the right place for hugs !!! And I hope you know you can come back any time you need one. I think we all wished we lived closer so we could deliver them in person.
And as for talking to David -- I think he will always be listening for your voice.
You take your time to take care of business...it will all sort itself out, there's no need to rush yourself. You don't need any extra pressure.
