Is "Advanced Prostate Cancer" determined by the Gleason score or is the term used
if and when mets occurs?

Jeff,

Good question and I think there are many answers. There can be locally advanced which is usually characterized by stage and Gleason score as well as "metastatic cancer" where there are mets involved. Both are "advanced." Some suggest that an expanded definition is needed.
