Have you had a "blow out" with one of the garments? My upper body part has had what I'd call a 'blow out'. 3 of the sections are now 1 for about 1/3 - 1/2 of the length. It blows up and sort of looks like a small 'football' and is hard - never releases pressure. I have a call into the manufacturer but it'll be tomorrow before I get any reply from them.

Any thoughts?

    New one on the way!
Just talked to them and there is a new upper body garment on it's way - should have it Monday or Tuesday. When I explained what had happened to it, I was told immediately that a new one would be on it's way this afternoon. I thought that they might want me to send the old one in to verify it's blown out but nope - just sending a new one.

    Susan, I have a Flexi-Touch also
and have not had this happen. So glad, though, that the company is so easy to work with if something happens. I was told they have a full one-year warranty. After that, I don't know what happens if the machine breaks in any way.

Good luck with the new one.

My machine is within a year
My machine is within a year old (just less than 6 mths) so it's covered. After that VA will have to deal with them for me.

When I started explaining to her what had happened it seemed to me that this is not all that unusual. The 3 center body chambers 'blew' together from the bottom 1/2 up the distance up and never release. It's still poofed up sitting there but not quite as much.

    They were definately NICE!
