Good News - NED is Good Dancer!

After going thru tests inc. CT scan, mammogram and liver ultrasound, all tests came back normal. Aftr being dxed over a year ago, having a masectomy, 12 weeks of chemo and 7 weks of daily radiation, it feels so good. I dusted off my red satin dancing shoes with glittering bows and my feet just slipped right in. NED is so smooth and gentle and only waltzing with me since I still have shingles pain, but its so goooood.
When the shingles goes away I hope to get my energy back even tho it may take awhile. If my husband has anything to say it will happen sooner. He bought a juicer, makes sure I'm drinking juice every day. He makes sure I'm eating the right food, drinking the right drinks, and getting plenty of rest and sleep. He has been the most amazing man thru all this and remains strong and confident for us. I love him dearly and appreciate all that he does for me.

    Sunrae, your NED status is music to my ears. You have had a rough time of it and I'm so happy that you can now benefit with the outcome of treatments, tests, etc. as NED!! It really couldn't have come to a more deserving person. Sending positive thoughts and strength to you to get back to your new normal and Life After Cancer!! Take some time to celebrate with that amazing husband of yours.....you've come a long way baby!!

    Now is the time to enjoy the fruits of your efforts and taking the hand of NED for your victory dance is just the way to do it. I'm so glad your tests are clear and hope you never have to face this battle again. You're husband sounds like such a sweetheart, what a blessing to have him.     I am so happy for you!! You've been through so much that you dance all you want to with Ned!! I can picture you dancing in your lovely, shiny, sparkly red shoes! Make sure you save a special dance for your husband...he sounds amazing!!
