lack of muscle tone

I had 4 rounds of AC chemo, and I think my lack of muscle tone was due to the amount of inactivity I went through during chemo. I'm retired, so I had the luxury of feeling bad and just going to sleep when I needed it.
I have talked to other women who later(after chemo)noticed that their teeth were less healthy and that sprains and strains happened more easily.I just figure that chemo changes things on a cellular level, so why wouldn't this happen!
