For those of you who have taken HIFU treatment for prostate cancer, I am interested in knowing about any side effects that might have resulted from your treatments, in particular urinary problems, and ED. Is this a "nerve-sparing" procedure?

Interesting question. I
Interesting question. I am curious to hear the answer. I would assume it is considered nerve sparing up front but years later might be when any ED problems would occur.
That is what happened with my dad when he had Proton treatment. All good on the ED front for about 3 years then it eventually impacted the 'nerves'
