Hello Steve
Hi Steve,
I have been following your progress with this disease and I just wanted to say a all the very best to you and your family. I hope you have s speedy recovery and to come out of this the best way possible. I live in Australia and you are in the homeland where I was born in Yorkshire 1955. I too have Stage 4 mCRC and am in the final stages (Hospice care) of my good life, enjoying every moment with my wife Trish and my 6 other loved ones. Watch out for the aussies in the twenty20 LOL
Take care Steve.

Fantastic!
I have a huge grin on my face, seeing your post!
Glad the surgery went so smoothly. It sounds like you are making a fabulous recovery.
Take it easy, won't you. I, too, have great difficulty when I have to take one step back -- but that's part of it, isn't it.
Best wishes for a very smooth recovery - physically and emotionally. Glad the kids seem to be coping so well. Adaptable creatures, aren't they??
