I have been having the same issues with my sking I tell my mom all the time that I look like a snake shedding skin. Here in AZ we have a group called face in the mirror I checked them out today and was given alot of skin care products so hopefully that will help they are all natual so good for the sking and the also give make up and will give you a make over on how to use them while on chemo for me that was a help because I have nothing above my eyes lol so they showed me how to draw them on and they look real. I think they should have this in every town in the USA I was made to feel special today something I have not felt in a while.

swelling
Hi Linda, my face and hands tend to swell up after all chemo, so I take my rings off before treatment. I have found that I need way less steroids than is normally prescribed, and that actually has made some difference. THe usualy is 20mg of decadron, and I have weaned it down to 3mg. The steroid is supposed to help with swelling, but for me tends to do the opposite, not to mention bad headaches.
I'm so glad it is working for you!!!
hugs,
