Hi, I'm new to the site, but have learned a lot from reading all your postings. I am almost 6 weeks post mastectomy and am wondering when I can go get measured for my prosthesis. The camisole I have is great, but my remaining "girl" would be more comfortable with a bit of support. I don't have any pain, just some…

An aPEELing Thing
Hello Ladies...I have started to shed my radiation skin and underneath is the baby pink start of new skin. Little tender, but I am glad to see the old dark brown peel away. Kind of like a fresh start for spring. To let the others know who are having radiation, it isn't too bad. A little itchy, a little ouchy, but once this…

I am worried to return to work. I know people have different ways of approaching us. I don't know how to deal with them. I decided that I will not be wearing a wig to work.
