    I have been helped with claustrophobia and the dreaded mask, now another matter- how do you keep regular?

    Citracal, stool softener, um.. yea.. not too much.. just enough to be able to reply to the question.. Yes, I have been!

    We were given Senna...seemed

    We were given Senna...seemed to work when needed and wasn't harsh, I am told.

    I refused to take any opioids

    I refused to take any opioids (besides sips of Oxy for coughing) because of the fear of severe constipation. Still suffered from a mild case here and there. Ordered a Squatty Potty on Amazon and it actually worked very well. We still keep it in our bathroom 6-months post treatment.
