Hi

I hope you are doing well, I need your guide.

My husband (32 years old) has diagnosed with retroperitoneal liposarcoma on November 2015.  It was a 11*8 cm tumor on CT scan imaging. No metastaz to any organ or bone at the time of diagnose. Surgury was done on November 10. The surgon told us thery removed the tumor completely, but becouse of anatomical limitation at that region, they could not remove the tumor completely as a ball but they were forced to cut it into segements and remove it. After the surgery he went on a period of 33 days of radation therapy. rationatherapy was finished on October 19 of 2015. On the follow-up imaging they found another 5*3 cm mass at the same field. Second surgery was perfomed to remove that mass on January 2016. On his last follow-up MRI metastas to bone is detected (T10 and L2 of spine). Now he is doing 10 day of radiation therapy to spine to reduce the pain he had. The doctor want to try chemo then. Any smilar expriecne or comments, please?

Thank you.
